What do you offer?

I offer a comprehensive range of celebrant services designed to celebrate life’s special moments. From beautifully personalised weddings and joyful naming ceremonies to heartfelt commitment and vow renewals. I also provide meaningful ceremonies for engagements, house warmings, and even pet funerals, recognising the importance of every milestone and the deep connections we share with our loved ones—both human and animal.

What areas do you service?

I work within the Tamworth region and its surrounding areas, including Nundle, Willow Tree, Quirindi, Gunnedah, Werris Creek, and beyond. I also service the New England, North West, and Hunter Valley regions of NSW.

What are your fees?

I have 3 main price levels for marriage ceremonies. Other ceremonies vary with the degree of involvement. Please get in touch to recieve a customised quote for my services.

Who can marry in Australia?

To get married in Australia, you must not be married, not be marrying a parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, brother or sister, be at least 18 years old (unless a court has approved a marriage where 1 person is 16-18 years old), understand what marriage means and freely agree to marry, use specific words during the ceremony, give a notice of intended marriage form to an authorised marriage celebrant at least 1 month and no more than 18 months before your wedding AND be married by an authorised marriage celebrant.

What are the legalities involved?

Authorised celebrants have an important role not only because of the legal consequence of marriage, but also because of its central significance to the parties, both individually and as a couple. As an authorised celebrant, it is critical to my role to make sure that everything is done according to the Marriage Act and the Marriage Regulations, and that all necessary steps are taken to ensure the marriage will be valid.
